The Problems Arisen From Sleeping Together
Many people enjoy having the chance to snuggle up with their loved on when going to bed. In fact, there are a number of benefits of doing so. But at the same time, there are times where the other person in your bed may cause some problems with falling, or staying, asleep – like when they are hogging the sheets into a ball or kicking them off the bed.
It might be easy to curse them under your breath, especially when they are removing that warm blanket away from you. It’s moments like these that can be the true test of a relationship. But there might be issues of poking elbows and knees waking your partner up, or maybe one of you has restless leg syndrome that might kick away at the other; possibly causing you to stretch out and hogging most of the bed or even knocking them off the bed altogether.
