Another thing that is good to do is making sure both parties can enjoy a good night of rest under the same set of sheets – without having issues of crankiness in the morning. For example, if one person is more of a night owl, they can either go to bed earlier in the evening with their partner and then leaving to do something when the other falls asleep; that way it helps reduce disruption.


Then for those who have someone who sprawls constantly, one thing that can be done is getting a bigger mattress – i.e. Queen-sized. For the more severe cases of sprawling that causes one to be more of a blanket hog, maybe each person having their own blankets can help minimize the disturbance overall.
